In many projects the design comes from one consultant, the equipment from a reseller, the installation from a subcontractor and the support from yet another company. When something does not work, each party can point to another. Turnkey delivery puts all of these stages under one provider that is responsible for the outcome. Vinetu specifies what the design actually requires, procures the hardware, software and licences, installs and configures them, tests them against the design, and then maintains them for their working life, including warranty claims, repairs and RMA coordination with manufacturers.
